Duckys Big Splash

Once upon a time in a sunny pond, there lived a little duckling named Ducky. Ducky was a cheerful little guy, always waddling around and making friends. But there was one problem: Ducky didn't know how to swim! All of his friends splashed and played in the water, while Ducky watched from the shore.

One day, Ducky decided he wanted to learn how to swim. He waddled up to his friend, Lily the frog.

"Lily, can you teach me how to swim?"

"Of course, Ducky!"

Lily said with a big smile.

"But first, you have to be brave!"

Ducky felt a little scared, but he wanted to try.

Lily led Ducky to the water's edge.

"Just take a little step in, and I'll be right here to help you!"

Ducky took a deep breath and waddled to the water's edge. He looked at the swimming ducklings and felt nervous.

"What if I sink?"

"You won't sink, Ducky! Just believe in yourself!" Lily encouraged.

Ducky took a tiny step into the water. It felt cold and splashy!"It’s okay, Ducky! Just keep going!"

Lily cheered.

Ducky flapped his little wings and paddled with his feet, but he started to wobble.

"Oh no! I’m slipping!" Ducky cried.

But Lily was there, holding him gently.

"You’re doing great! Just keep swimming!"

With Lily’s help, Ducky found his balance.

"I can do it!" he shouted, feeling brave.

They swam together, splashing and laughing.

"Look, Ducky! You’re swimming!"

"I’m swimming! I’m really swimming!" Ducky squeaked with joy.

After a while, Ducky felt confident. He paddled away from Lily, doing little circles in the water.

"I’m a swimmer now!" Ducky quacked happily.

Suddenly, Ducky saw his friends watching him.

"Ducky! You did it!"

"Yes! I learned to swim!" Ducky shouted.

His friends cheered and joined him in the water.

From that day on, Ducky was never afraid to swim again. He learned that sometimes you just need to believe in yourself and try, even if it feels a little scary. And with friends like Lily, you can do anything!

And so, Ducky became the best swimmer in the pond, always splashing around happily with all his friends.

"Thank you, Lily! You’re the best teacher!"

"You did it all by yourself! I’m so proud of you, Ducky!"

And every time Ducky dove into the water, he remembered that he was brave enough to overcome his fear.
