Goldilocks and the Three Bears
A curious girl named Goldilocks wanders into a forest cottage and makes herself at home, eating the bears' porridge and breaking their furniture. When the bear family returns, she realizes the importance of respecting others' boundaries and belongings.

Once upon a time, nestled on the edge of a vast, emerald-green forest known as the Whispering Woods, lived a young girl named Goldilocks. She was a bright and cheerful child, named for her hair which cascaded down her back like ribbons of spun silk and morning sunlight. However, Goldilocks possessed a trait that often led her into a bit of muddle: she was exceedingly curious. Her mother often told her, 'Curiosity is a wonderful thing, my dear, but it must always be paired with respect for others.' One breezy Tuesday morning, while the dew was still sparkling on the clover, Goldilocks set off for a walk. She followed a path lined with wild strawberries and bluebells, wandering further than she usually allowed herself. Deep in a sun-dappled clearing, she discovered a house unlike any she had ever seen. It was a cozy cottage made of sturdy logs, with a roof of golden thatch and flowerboxes overflowing with red geraniums. Goldilocks knocked on the heavy oak door. No one answered. She knocked again, louder this time. Still, the house remained silent. Most children would have turned back, but Goldilocks’s curiosity whispered to her. She reached out, turned the brass handle, and found that the door was unlocked. With a gentle creak, it swung open, revealing a kitchen that smelled delightfully of cinnamon, oats, and honey. On the large wooden table sat three bowls of steaming porridge. The family of bears who lived there—Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear—had gone for a morning stroll to let their breakfast cool. Goldilocks’s stomach gave a loud, hungry rumble. She looked around, and seeing no one, she decided to have just a tiny taste. First, she tasted the porridge from the great, big bowl belonging to Papa Bear. 'Ouch! This is much too hot!' she cried, fanning her mouth. Next, she tasted the porridge from the middle-sized bowl belonging to Mama Bear. 'Oh, this is much too cold,' she sighed, making a face. Finally, she tasted the porridge from the tiny, little bowl belonging to Baby Bear. 'Mmm, this is just right!' she whispered happily. She found it so delicious that she didn't stop until every last drop was gone.
