H. 1The Missing Music Box

Suddenly, there is a knock at the door. Mickey Mouse walks inside with a big smile. He wears his favorite red shorts and yellow shoes. Mickey is a very cheerful and kind friend. He brings a bunch of bright blue flowers. "Are you ready for the dance?" Mickey asks. Minnie nods and takes the pretty flowers. They both love to dance together every year. Mickey taps his yellow shoes on the floor. He is very excited to start the party. They look at the decorations on the walls. The house is full of ribbons and balloons. Everything is ready for their friends to arrive soon. Mickey helps Minnie hang a few more ribbons. They laugh as they work together in the kitchen. The sun is warm on their happy faces. They are the very best of friends. Mickey does a small hop and a skip. He cannot wait to hear the pretty music.

Minnie goes to find her special music box. She needs it to play the dance music. But the music box is not on the table. She looks under the chairs and the rug. Mickey helps her search the whole living room. They cannot find the music box anywhere at all. "Oh no, where can it be?" Minnie asks. Without the music, they cannot have the dance. They see a trail of glitter on the floor. The glitter leads out the back door. Where does the shiny trail go? They must find the music box before sunset. The clock on the wall ticks very fast. Minnie feels a little bit worried now. Mickey takes her hand to help her stay brave. They step outside into the tall green grass. The mystery of the missing music box begins now. They follow the sparkles into the deep woods.
