Don Búho, a wise owl, helps children build a bridge and discovers his purpose in life: to be a confidant and problem solver.
Había una vez, en un hermoso bosque, un señor buho llamado Don Búho. Él vivía en el hueco de un árbol muy alto y le encantaba observar la luna llena todas las noches.
Pero lo que más disfrutaba era visitar a los humanos para escuchar sus secretos. Don Búho era un animalito muy sabio y siempre encontraba la manera de acercarse a las personas sin que se dieran cuenta.
Se posaba sobre los techos de las casas y desde allí podía oír todo lo que decían. Un día, mientras volaba por el bosque en busca de nuevos secretos, Don Búho escuchó a unos niños jugando cerca del río. Decidió acercarse sigilosamente para escucharlos mejor.
- ¡Tengo una gran idea! - exclamó uno de los niños-. ¿Qué tal si construimos un puente para cruzar el río? - ¡Sí! Así podríamos llegar más rápido al otro lado - dijo otro niño emocionado.
Don Búho quedó fascinado con la idea del puente y pensó que sería maravilloso ayudar a esos niños a construirlo. Volvió al árbol donde vivía y buscó en su libro de conocimientos cómo hacerlo.
Al día siguiente, Don Búho regresó al lugar donde estaban los niños y les dio instrucciones detalladas sobre cómo construir el puente utilizando troncos fuertes y resistentes. Los niños siguieron al pie de la letra las indicaciones del sabio búho y poco a poco fueron armando el puente.
Mientras trabajaban juntos, Don Búho les contaba historias sobre otros puentes famosos y cómo habían sido construidos. Después de varios días, el puente estuvo listo. Los niños estaban muy contentos y agradecidos con Don Búho por su ayuda.
Ahora podían cruzar el río sin problemas y llegar más rápido a la escuela. Esa noche, mientras observaba la luna llena desde su árbol, Don Búho se sintió feliz y satisfecho.
Había ayudado a los niños a cumplir su deseo de tener un puente y había aprendido mucho en el proceso. A partir de ese día, Don Búho decidió dedicarse a ayudar a las personas con sus sabios consejos.
Visitaba diferentes lugares del bosque donde vivían humanos y siempre estaba dispuesto a escuchar sus inquietudes y brindarles soluciones. Don Búho se convirtió en un amigo querido por todos los habitantes del bosque. Su sabiduría era reconocida por todos y cada vez que necesitaban ayuda acudían a él.
Y así, el señor buho encontró su verdadero propósito en la vida: ser un confidente para los humanos y enseñarles que siempre hay una manera de resolver los problemas si se trabaja juntos con paciencia y sabiduría.
Desde entonces, todas las noches Don Búho volaba por el bosque en busca de nuevos secretos para escuchar, pero ahora también buscaba oportunidades para ayudar a quienes lo necesitaran.
Y así vivió feliz el señor búho junto al resplandor de la luna llena durante muchos años más.
