Anabel se levantó de la cama alarmada por los extraños ruidos que provenían del baño. Se acercó despacio, sintiendo cómo su corazón latía con fuerza en su pecho.
Al llegar al baño, encendió la luz y vio una sombra oscura moviéndose en el fondo. - ¿Quién está ahí? -preguntó Anabel temerosa. La sombra no respondió, pero Anabel pudo ver que tenía forma humana. Intrigada y valiente, decidió acercarse un poco más.
- No tengas miedo -dijo Anabel intentando calmar sus propios nervios-. Solo quiero saber quién eres y qué haces aquí. La sombra permanecía silenciosa pero parecía inofensiva. Sin embargo, Anabel no podía ignorar el hecho de que algo extraño estaba ocurriendo.
Decidida a descubrir la verdad, Anabel tomó una linterna y apuntándola hacia la sombra se dio cuenta de que era solo una ilusión creada por un objeto colocado estratégicamente frente a la luz del baño.
Era solo un juego de luces y sombras. Al comprender esto, Anabel soltó un suspiro de alivio. Sabía que debía enfrentar sus miedos para poder superarlos. Entonces recordó algo importante: ella misma había creado esa ilusión meses atrás para jugar con su hermanito menor, Lucas.
Pero había olvidado guardar ese objeto nuevamente en el armario después del juego. Anabel aprendió una lección muy valiosa esa noche: nuestros miedos pueden ser producto de nuestra imaginación o nuestras experiencias pasadas.
A veces, necesitamos enfrentarlos para descubrir la verdad y liberarnos de ellos. A la mañana siguiente, Anabel decidió hablar con Lucas sobre lo sucedido y cómo sus miedos se habían apoderado de ella.
Juntos, decidieron hacer una lista de todos los miedos que tenían y buscar formas divertidas de superarlos. Anabel también aprendió que es importante comunicarse con las personas que nos rodean cuando sentimos miedo o inseguridad.
Hablando abiertamente sobre nuestros temores, podemos encontrar el apoyo y la comprensión necesarios para superarlos juntos. Desde aquel día, Anabel se convirtió en una niña valiente y decidida a enfrentar cualquier obstáculo que se presentara en su vida.
Y cada vez que veía una sombra oscura o escuchaba ruidos extraños, recordaba aquella noche en la que descubrió que no hay nada más poderoso que el coraje y la determinación para vencer nuestros propios miedos.
Y así, Anabel vivió muchas aventuras emocionantes junto a su hermanito Lucas, siempre dispuesta a enfrentar sus miedos con valentía y alegría.
