Lucas, a strong and fast horse, and Martita, a small but brave hen, lived on the same farm in a small Argentinean town. From the moment they met, they felt a special connection. Lucas dreamt of winning the most important race of all time while Martita wished to soar high like the birds she saw above the farm. One sunny day, as Lucas practiced for the race, Martita watched him from her place in the chicken coop. She admired his strength and speed as he elegantly trotted around the green grass. With sadness in her voice, Martita sighed and said: "Oh Lucas, if only I could fly with you. " Surprised by her words, Lucas stopped and asked: "Fly? Are you joking? " "No," replied Martita sadly. "I"ve always wanted to fly like the birds. " Looking at Martita affectionately, Lucas said: "Don"t worry my friend. Even if you can"t physically fly like them, you can always fly in your heart. " Though not completely convinced, Martita smiled timidly. However, that night she had a revealing dream where she was able to soar through the skies alongside Lucas. Excited by this wonderful dream upon waking up, she decided to share her crazy idea with him: "Lucas! I had an incredible dream! We were flying together through the skies and I felt indescribable happiness. Do you think we could make it happen? " Surprised yet willing to help his friend achieve her dream, Lucas responded: "Martita, I have always believed in you. If you truly want to fly together, we will find a way. " From that day on, Lucas and Martita began searching for creative solutions to make Martita"s dream come true. They researched flight history and discovered that Leonardo da Vinci had designed a flying machine called Ornithopter. Without wasting any time, they set to work, using recycled materials from the farm to build their own Ornithopter. They worked as hard as they could until finally completing their invention. The day of the race arrived, with Lucas ready to run while Martita anoiously waited in the Ornithopter, adjusting her improvised wings. "Good luck, Lucas! Fly high! " Martita shouted excitedly. Smiling, Lucas replied: "Thank you, Martita. Remember what I told you before: if you can"t physically fly, you can always fly in your heart. " The race began and Lucas ran as fast as he could while Martita flapped her wings with all her might. As they approached the finish line, something magical happened: the Ornithopter slowly lifted off the ground. Spectators were left speechless as Lucas crossed the finish line with Martita flying alongside him. Embracing each other excitedly while receiving a standing ovation from the crowd, Lucas and Martita proved that with perseverance and teamwork, any dream can come true. Although their love was impossible due to being different species, they found a way to be together and soar high. From that day on, Lucas and Martita became an inspiration for many other animals in town who dreamed of achieving the impossible. Together they showed that there are no limits when it comes to pursuing your dreams. And thus this story teaches us never to give up in the face of obstacles and always seek creative solutions to achieve our most precious goals because even though their love was impossible, their friendship gave them wings to fly together into infinity
