In a small village, there lived a mischievous boy named Juanito. Juanito loved playing with his friends and often came up with tricks to have fun. One day, Juanito was bored and decided to play a trick on the villagers. He ran into the village shouting: 'The wolf! The wolf! It's attacking the sheep!' The villagers, hearing Juanito's shouts, hurried to help him. They grabbed their sticks and pitchforks and ran to the field where the sheep were. But when they arrived, they found no wolf. Juanito laughed at the villagers and told them it had only been a joke. The villagers were angry and told him he shouldn't lie, because if he did, no one would believe him when he told the truth. But Juanito didn't learn his lesson. The next day, he shouted again: 'The wolf! The wolf!' The villagers, remembering the previous joke, ignored him. But this time, there really was a wolf. The wolf attacked the sheep and killed them. The villagers arrived too late and couldn't do anything to save them. Juanito, regretful, realized he had made a big mistake. He had lied so many times that no one believed him, not even when he told the truth. And because of his lie, the sheep paid the price. From that day on, Juanito learned the importance of always telling the truth. He never lied again, and the villagers always believed him.
