Cocoon: The Secret of Ugly Caterpillar

In the heart of Emerald Forest, there lived a small caterpillar named Cocoon. She wasn't like the other caterpillars, with their bright colors and nimble movements. Cocoon felt very sad. She crawled slowly through the leaves, her head down, wishing she were different. She dreamed of having bright colors and being as quick and nimble as the others. Once, she tried to play with a group of ladybugs, but when they saw her, they simply flew away, muttering, "What a strange caterpillar!"

One day, while Cocoon was lamenting under a big mushroom, she heard a gentle voice. "Why are you so sad, little one?"

She looked up and saw an old tortoise, her shell covered in moss, looking at her with wise eyes. "Everyone teases me," Cocoon sobbed. "I'm ugly and slow, and no one wants to be my friend."

"Beauty? Me?" Cocoon asked, in disbelief.

Ramón looked at her in amazement. "What a beautiful butterfly!" he exclaimed. "I've never seen anything like it!"

Then, she flew to where Benito was eating carrots. Benito looked at her with his mouth open. "Incredible!" he murmured.

Cocoon, now transformed into a butterfly, smiled. She remembered the teasing and sadness she had felt, but it no longer mattered. She knew that beauty is within, and that we all have the potential to transform into something wonderful.
