Short Story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears with Pictures

Once upon a time, in a cozy forest filled with towering trees and soft moss, there lived a curious little girl named Goldilocks. She had a golden head of hair that shimmered in the sunlight and a heart full of wonder. One morning, while wandering through the woods, she stumbled upon a small cottage made of logs and thatched roof. It looked warm and inviting, so she peeked inside.

Inside the cottage, there were three chairs, three bowls of porridge, and three beds, all neatly made. Goldilocks tried each chair. The first one was too hard, the second too soft, but the third was just right! She sat down with a happy sigh and began to play. Then she tasted each bowl of porridge. The first was too hot, the second too cold, but the third was just right! She giggled and ate it all up.

Feeling full and content, Goldilocks climbed into the first bed, but it was too hard. The second bed was too soft. Finally, she found the third bed, which was just right. She curled up and fell fast asleep. But soon, the Three Bears returned home. Papa Bear, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear were startled to find their porridge cold, their chairs broken, and their beds rumpled. They searched the house, and then they heard a soft snoring from Baby Bear’s bed. There lay Goldilocks, sound asleep.

The Bears were gentle and kind, not angry. They quietly left the room, and when Goldilocks woke up, she felt bad. She ran out of the cottage and never returned. From that day on, she always knocked before entering someone’s home and never took what wasn’t hers. And so, Goldilocks learned that kindness and respect are the most important things of all.
