Story The Three Little Pigs

Once upon a time, in a cozy village nestled between golden fields and whispering trees, there lived three little pigs named Pippin, Pippa, and Pip. They were as different as the colors of the rainbow — Pippin was the youngest and most playful, Pippa was thoughtful and artistic, and Pip was the oldest, always looking out for his brothers and sisters.

One morning, their mother said, 'It’s time for you to build your own homes. The world is wide, and you must be ready for whatever comes your way.' The pigs set off, each with a plan in mind. Pippin, eager to be done quickly, used straw to build a small house right by the stream. Pippa, who loved to draw, made a house of sticks, weaving them together like a picture of a forest. Pip, however, worked the longest and hardest, using bricks and mortar to build a sturdy home that gleamed in the sunlight.

That evening, as the sun turned the sky into a canvas of pink and gold, the Big Bad Wolf came lumbering down the hill. He sniffed the air and spotted Pippin’s straw house. 'Hey, little pig! Let me in or I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down!' he growled. Pippin giggled and said, 'Not today, Wolf! You can’t blow my house down — it’s made of straw!' The Wolf tried, but the house blew away in a puff of straw. He ran off, growling, 'I’ll get you next time!'

The next day, the Wolf came back and found Pippa’s stick house. 'Little pig, little pig, let me in or I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down!' Pippa smiled and said, 'Not today, Wolf! You can’t blow my house down — it’s made of sticks!' The Wolf tried again, but the sticks swayed and the house tumbled down. 'You’ll be mine soon!' the Wolf snarled, and he ran off once more.

Now the Wolf came to Pip’s brick house, his breath heavy and his eyes wild. 'Little pig, little pig, let me in or I’ll huff and I’ll puff and I’ll blow your house down!' Pip opened the door and said, 'Not today, Wolf! You can’t blow my house down — it’s made of bricks!' The Wolf tried, and tried again, but the bricks held firm. He huffed and puffed until he was red in the face, but the house stood tall and proud.

The Wolf, defeated, slumped down in the dirt and said, 'I give up. You’re too smart for me!' Pip laughed and said, 'That’s the spirit! Now, go find someone else to bother.' The Wolf, feeling a bit sheepish, turned and walked away, and the pigs waved goodbye to him, happy that their hard work had kept them safe.

That night, the three pigs curled up in their warm beds, the stars twinkling above them. Pippin said, 'I wish I had built a brick house like Pip.' Pippa smiled and said, 'We all did our best, and that’s what matters.' And so, they fell asleep, safe and warm, knowing that working hard and thinking smart can help you face any challenge. The end.
