In the heart of a sunny town called Green Valley lived three best friends: Leo, Mia, and Sam. They loved playing near the Sparkling Creek, where the water used to be as clear as glass. But one Saturday, they noticed something sad. The water looked gray and murky, and plastic bottles were floating where the ducks used to swim.
"We have to do something," Leo said, pointing at a fish struggling near some weeds. "Our town is losing its magic because of all this trash."

The trio decided to become the Earth Heroes. First, they put on bright yellow gloves and grabbed large reusable bags. They spent the morning picking up wrappers and cans from the park. Mia, who loved science, explained the importance of recycling. "If we put these in the right bins, they can become something new instead of hurting the birds!" she said. They worked together to set up three colorful containers: blue for paper, yellow for plastic, and green for glass.
Next, they realized the town was wasting too much water. They saw a leaky pipe near the community garden and quickly told Mr. Henderson, the gardener. While he fixed the leak, Sam showed the other children at the park how to turn off the faucet while brushing their teeth or washing their hands. "Every drop is a gift for the Earth!" Sam cheered.

The biggest challenge was the Sparkling Creek itself. With the help of their parents, the children used long nets to carefully scoop out the floating debris. It was hard work, and their clothes got a little muddy, but they didn't give up. After hours of cleaning, the water began to shimmer under the sunlight again. To their delight, a small green frog hopped onto a lily pad and let out a happy, loud croak.
The news of the Earth Heroes spread quickly through Green Valley. Soon, everyone in town started bringing their own bags to the grocery store and planting new trees in the park. The children learned that they didn't need superpowers to save the world; they just needed to care and take action. By working together, Leo, Mia, and Sam proved that even the smallest hands can make a big difference in protecting our beautiful planet.
