Once upon a time, there was a young princess named Lily. She lived in a big castle with her mother, father, and little brother. The castle was near a small town.
Lily was a kind and happy girl. She loved animals, flowers, and books. Every morning, she walked in the garden and fed the birds.
One morning, Lily heard a very loud sound from the mountains.
“What is that?” she asked.
Her father looked worried.
“I don’t know. Stay inside the castle,” he said.
Lily looked out the window and saw a big green dragon flying in the sky. The people in the town were scared and ran into their houses.
Lily was curious. She thought, “Maybe the dragon is not bad.”

The next morning, Lily went to the mountains. She wanted to find the dragon.
After walking for a long time, she found a big cave. She heard someone crying inside.
“Hello?” Lily said.
A big dragon came out of the cave.
“Please don’t hurt me,” Lily said.
“I don’t want to hurt you,” the dragon answered.
Lily was surprised. The dragon could talk!
“What is your name?” she asked.
“My name is Leo,” he said. “I am lost. I am looking for my family.”
Lily felt sad for him.
“Where is your family?” she asked.
“They live behind the mountains, but I can’t find the way home.”

“Don’t worry,” Lily said. “I can help you.”
Leo smiled.
“Thank you, Lily.”

Lily and Leo started walking together. They went through a forest and crossed a small river.
They saw many animals on the way. Lily knew the forest very well, so she helped Leo find the right road.
After some time, they arrived at a dark forest.
“I am scared,” Leo said.
“Don’t worry. We are together,” Lily answered.
They continued walking until they saw a small house.
An old man lived there. Lily asked him about the dragons.
“Yes, I know where they live,” the old man said. “They live behind the big mountain.”
He gave Lily a small map.
“Follow this road,” he said.
“Thank you,” Lily answered.
Lily and Leo continued their journey. After many hours, they reached the mountain.
Leo looked at the sky.
“I think my family is near,” he said.

Leo flew over the mountain. Suddenly, he saw three dragons.
“My family!” he shouted.
His mother and father flew toward him. They were very happy to see him.

Leo was very happy too. He had finally found his family.
His mother looked at Lily.
“Thank you for helping our son,” she said.
“You’re welcome,” Lily answered.
Before Lily went home, Leo gave her a small blue stone.
“This is a magic stone. It will remind you of our friendship,” he said.
Lily smiled and thanked him.
Then she went back to the town.
Everyone was happy to see her. Her father hugged her.
“Where were you?” he asked.
“I was helping a dragon,” Lily said.
Everyone was surprised. Lily told them the whole story.
