Bedtime Story for GF: The Moonlight Muffin

Grace was a curious girl with a mop of chestnut curls and a heart full of wonder. Every night, she would sit by the window of her cozy little cottage, watching the moonlight spill over the hills. One night, as she whispered her favorite lullaby, she noticed a golden glow in the garden. It shimmered like a star fallen to Earth. As they sat together, Glim told Grace about his lonely nights in the forest. 'No one ever comes to visit me,' he said. 'But I’m not lonely anymore — I have a friend.' Grace felt her heart swell with happiness. 'I’m glad I found you, Glim. You’re a wonderful friend.'

They spent the rest of the night talking, sharing stories, and even baking another Moonlight Muffin together. The forest glowed with magic, and the stars seemed to smile down on them. When the moon began to fade, Grace knew it was time to go home. 'I’ll come back to visit you,' she promised. Glim nodded, his eyes full of warmth. 'I’ll be waiting.'
