One moonlit night, while exploring the castle’s forgotten tower, Lila stumbled upon a dusty mirror framed in silver vines. It was different from all the others—it shimmered faintly and seemed to hum with magic. When she touched it, the mirror glowed and showed her not her reflection, but the faces of people she had helped and those she had forgotten. She gasped, seeing a farmer’s smile after she gave him an apple, and a frown from a child she had ignored earlier that day.

“I see you,” the mirror whispered in a soft, musical voice. “But you must choose. Will you shine with kindness, or will you turn away from it?”

Lila approached, holding a daisy in her hand. “Hello,” she said softly. “My name is Lila. May I give you this flower?” The girl smiled, eyes lighting up. “Thank you,” she said. “I like daisies.”

She noticed the flowers in the garden, the birds in the trees, and even the shadows that seemed to whisper stories.
