Snow White went to the school canteen to eat with her friends. She dropped her food and her friends laughed at her. She felt her cheeks grow warm and her eyes well up with tears. She quickly wiped her eyes and tried to smile, but her friends saw how upset she was and stopped laughing.

One of her friends, a kind girl named Rose, rushed over and said, "Snow White, we're sorry! That was mean of us. Let me get you some more food." Snow White nodded, still feeling a little embarrassed. Rose grabbed a tray and lined it up with fresh sandwiches, juice, and a cookie. She handed it to Snow White with a big smile.

Snow White took the tray and sat back down at her table. She took a deep breath and said, "Thank you, Rose. I'm okay now." Her other friends chimed in, "We're sorry too! We didn't mean to make you feel bad." Snow White smiled and said, "It's okay. I just need a minute to collect myself."
As she took her first bite of the new sandwich, she felt much better. Her friends chatted and laughed again, but this time Snow White felt happy to be with them. She realized that even though things had started badly, her friends cared about her and wanted to make it right. From that day on, she knew she could always count on them to be there for her, no matter what.
