Once upon a time, in a quiet valley where the grass was green and the breeze was soft, there lived three little pigs named Pippin, Pipa, and Pongo. Each had a dream: to build a home of their own. The first little pig, Pippin, was in a rush. He used straw for his house, and in no time at all, he was done. 'I’m ready for bed!' he said, snuggling into his straw bed. But the wind blew hard, and the straw roof blew away. 'Oh no!' Pippin cried, running to his brothers.
Pipa, the second little pig, was more thoughtful. She built her house with sticks. 'This will be strong,' she said, tying them tightly with vines. But the wind was not done with her. It howled and whistled, and soon the sticks came tumbling down. Pipa ran to Pongo’s house, her heart full of worry.
Pongo, the third little pig, was wise and patient. He built his house with bricks, stacking them one by one with care. 'This will stand for years,' he said, brushing the dust from his hands. When the wind came, it could not budge the bricks, nor could it break the door. Pongo laughed and sang, safe and warm inside.
One day, a sneaky wolf came to the valley. He knocked on Pippin’s door, then Pipa’s, but both houses were gone. When he came to Pongo’s, he howled, 'Let me in, little pig!' But Pongo said, 'Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!' The wolf huffed and puffed, but the bricks stood firm. Then Pongo had an idea. He called out to his brothers, 'Come help me!' And Pippin and Pipa ran to join him. Together, they made a plan. Pongo offered the wolf a place to stay, and while the wolf napped, the pigs built a wall of bricks around the house. When the wolf woke, he found no way out. 'You clever pigs!' he said, and he ran away, never to trouble them again. And so, the three little pigs lived happily, always together, always kind. The moral is: When you work together and think ahead, you can overcome any challenge.
